I met Nathan Newell many years ago at Sealey Elementary School when he was a student and I was an employee.  Even at that tender age, Nathan made quite an impression on me. 

He re-entered my life almost twenty years later as an aggressive young realtor.  I had a rental property for sale by owner.  He called to ask if he could show the property to a young couple who were looking for property in the area.  If memory serves me correctly, I believe I had a signed contract within twenty-four hours.  A year or two later, the process was repeated with the sale of another rental property in record time!

With retirement fast approaching, my husband and I recently decided to relocate to the Atlanta area to be in close proximity to our children and grandchildren.  Naturally, we listed our home with Nathan at Amac Real Estate.  I teasingly told Nathan I expected his usual twenty-four hour sale.  Age must have slowed him down a bit because it was all of two days before he presented a contract!  Obviously I�m just one of many satisfied customers; Nathan also listed and quickly sold the current home of our buyers. I believe that this sale was within the twenty-four hour time frame as well. What an incredible chain of events!

Nathan is the perfect example of a great salesman and shows maturity far beyond his years.   I feel blessed that we re-connected.

I live in Orlando, my son attends FSU so I needed a realtor that could find a good neighborhood, work with him and walk him through many new processes he was unfamiliar with. Nathan worked non stop Monday-Sunday in accommodating him and myself by phone and emails to find the right home for him to purchase.
